On Demand Finance ("we", "us", "our") is a Credit Representative (Credit Representative Number 564368) of Australian Mortgage Advisors Group Pty Ltd, Australian Credit Licence 388570 (trading as Vision Aggregation), our licensee. We know that how we collect, use, exchange and protect your information matters to you, and we value your trust. This policy sets out how we handle the personal information we hold about you. We are committed to the Australian Privacy Principles set out in the Privacy Act 1988 and any other relevant law.
Information we collect
When we refer to personal information, we mean information from which your identity is reasonably apparent.
Information we collect from you
We collect information about you and your interactions with us, for example when you request a home loan assessment, phone us, send us information (by email, post or our website), or use our website. This may include:
- Your identity and date of birth
- Your contact details
- Your financial details (for example your income, expenses, assets, liabilities and credit history)
- Other personal details such as your marital status and number of dependants
- Your financial objectives
Information we collect from others
Where reasonable and practical, we collect your personal information directly from you. Occasionally we collect information about you from others, such as service providers, existing lenders, agents, advisers, employers, accountants, solicitors or family members. How and why we use your information
We collect, use, hold and exchange your personal information so that we can:

- Assess your requirements for credit, provide credit advice and recommendations, manage credit applications with the lenders we recommend, and manage the credit process through to settlement
- Manage our relationship with you after settlement and answer future questions about the service we have provided
- Conduct and improve our business
- Meet our internal administrative, marketing, planning and research requirements
- Meet our legal and regulatory obligations, including those of our licensee's Australian Credit Licence (388570)
Who we exchange your information with
We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information. Where possible, we will tell you, at or before the time of collecting your information, the types of organisations to which we intend to disclose it. Before disclosing your personal information, we take reasonable steps to satisfy ourselves that the recipient has a commitment to protecting it at least equal to ours, and that you have consented. Disclosing parties may include:
- Our licensee (Australian Mortgage Advisors Group Pty Ltd / Vision Aggregation) and its related bodies corporate
- A panel of approved lenders, financial product suppliers, and prospective funders or intermediaries such as mortgage insurers
- Organisations that help manage or administer your finance, such as third-party suppliers, printing and postal services
- Companies that provide information and infrastructure systems to us
- Anybody who represents you, such as other finance brokers, lawyers and accountants
- Anyone to whom you have consented, and anyone we are required to disclose to by law (for example under the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006 (Cth))

Enquiries you submit through this website are handled on our behalf by our website provider, Mach One Management, and are stored securely and used only so that we can respond to you. If you would prefer to reach us another way, you can call or email us using the details below.
How we store your information
By law we are required to hold certain information about you even after you are no longer a customer. We take all reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure by installing security and access requirements for our IT systems (such as passwords, firewalls and virus scanning), and maintaining document storage and destruction policies. We mainly store your information in electronic form. We may use cloud storage, and the servers may be located outside Australia; where this is the case we make every effort to ensure those servers are hosted by internationally recognised, reputable organisations. We require all staff and credit representatives to maintain the confidentiality of customer information.
Accessing and correcting your information
Subject to some exceptions in privacy law, you may access the personal information we hold about you by contacting us using the details below. We will respond within seven days of receiving your request and provide the outcome within thirty days. We may charge a reasonable fee for retrieving and supplying the information. If any information we hold is incorrect, inaccurate or out of date, you may ask us to correct it; where reasonable we will do so, and otherwise provide you with our reasons.
Direct marketing
From time to time we may use your personal information to provide you with information about finance, offers, or new products and services. If you do not wish to receive marketing information, you can opt out at any time by contacting us using the details below, or by using the unsubscribe function in any marketing email. We will not charge you for this.
Government identifiers
If we collect government identifiers such as your tax file number, we do not use or disclose this information other than as required by law, and we never use a government identifier to identify you. We make every effort to delete any tax file number before sending information to a disclosing party, and we ask that you remove tax file numbers from documents before sending them to us.
Doing business without identifying you
In most cases we need to identify you to do business with you. However, where it is lawful and practicable, we will give you the option of dealing with us without providing personal information, for example if you make a general enquiry about interest rates or current offers.
